By accessing and using AdMorph ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AdMorph is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create professional marketing videos through various features including:
- UGC Pro - User-generated content style video advertisements
- Image Remix - AI-powered image-to-video transformation
- Faceless Videos - Automated information videos from URLs or topics
- Video Models - Advanced AI video generation (Sora 2, Veo 3.1)
- Cinematic Style - Hollywood-style cinematic video ads
- Clothing Demo - Animated product demonstrations
- Auto Captions - Automated caption generation
3. Credit System & Pricing
AdMorph operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system:
- Credits are purchased in packages and never expire
- Different features consume different amounts of credits (1-9 credits per video)
- Credits are deducted upon successful video generation
- Available packages: Starter (50 credits - $20), Professional (100 credits - $38), Enterprise (250 credits - $75)
4. Refund Policy
Video Generation: We do not offer refunds for completed videos unless a serious technical defect can be proven that prevents normal use of the video. Failed video generations are automatically refunded.
Credit Packages: Unused credit packages may be refunded only if no credits from that specific package have been spent. Once any credits from a package are used, the entire package becomes non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact us at help@admorph.net within 7 days of purchase with details of the issue.
5. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful technology
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant AdMorph a license to process and generate videos from your content.
Generated Videos: Videos generated by the Service are owned by you and may be used for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
Our Platform: The AdMorph platform, including all software, designs, and technology, is owned by AdMorph and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Processing Times & Service Availability
- Video processing times vary by feature (3-10 minutes estimated)
- Processing times are estimates and not guarantees
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AdMorph is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party AI model performance or output quality
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Unused credits may be forfeited in cases of terms violation
- You may request data export before account closure
12. Mobile Application
AdMorph is available as a mobile application on the Google Play Store. By downloading and using the mobile app, you agree to these additional terms:
12.1 App Store Terms
- Downloads from Google Play Store are subject to Google's Terms of Service
- The app requires Android 7.0 or higher to function properly
- App updates may be released periodically; we recommend keeping the app updated
- App availability may vary by region and device compatibility
12.2 App Permissions
The mobile app may request the following permissions:
- Camera: To capture photos for video generation (optional)
- Storage: To access and upload images from your device
- Internet: To communicate with our servers and process requests
- Notifications: To notify you when videos are ready (optional)
You can manage these permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work if required permissions are denied.
12.3 Mobile-Specific Features
- The mobile app provides access to the same features as the web platform
- Credits are platform-specific and are NOT shared between web and mobile platforms
- Your account and projects sync automatically across devices
- Mobile-specific features may be added in future updates
12.4 App Usage Requirements
- You may only install and use the app on devices you own or control
- You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- You must not distribute or make the app available over a network where multiple devices could use it simultaneously
- We reserve the right to update or discontinue the app at any time
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.

9. Account Deletion

- Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone
- All personal data, projects, and videos will be permanently deleted

- Send an email to help@admorph.net with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address in the request
- We will process your request within 30 days
9.3 Data Retention After Deletion
- Most data is deleted immediately upon account deletion
- Transaction records may be retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance
- Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement
- Backup systems may retain data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion

- Camera: Only accessed when you choose to capture a photo for video generation. Photos are not stored locally unless you save them.
- Storage/Photos: Only accessed when you select images to upload. We do not scan or access other files on your device.
- Notifications: If enabled, we send push notifications when your videos are ready or for important account updates. You can disable notifications in device settings.
- Internet Access: Required to communicate with our servers, upload content, and download generated videos.
13.3 Mobile Analytics
The mobile app may collect usage analytics to improve performance and user experience:
- App opens, feature usage, and navigation patterns
- Crash reports and error logs (no personal content included)
- Video processing times and success rates
- Device performance metrics
This data is anonymized and used solely to improve app functionality.
13.4 Data Synchronization
- Your account data syncs automatically between web and mobile platforms
- Projects created on mobile are accessible on web and vice versa
- Credits are platform-specific and NOT shared between web and mobile; account settings sync across platforms
- Sync occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections
13.5 Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, we may send:
- Video completion notifications
- Credit balance alerts
- Important service updates or security alerts
- Special offers or promotions (only if opted in)
You can manage notification preferences in the app settings or device settings at any time.
13.6 Mobile Data Security
- All data transmitted from the app is encrypted using TLS/SSL
- Authentication tokens are stored securely using platform-specific secure storage (Android Keystore)
- Local cache is encrypted and cleared when you log out
- We do not store payment information on your device
